Refund policy

We strive to provide an excellent purchasing experience for all of our customers. If something is not to your liking, there are a few things we can do. Keep in mind that we are a small, independent band located in Australia, so there are limits to what we can do.

Damaged Items

If you receive anything with significant damages, we are happy to send a replacement at no extra cost. Send photos of the damaged product to blackdimecabaret@gmail.com and we will organise this for you. Keep in mind, some products (such as our enamel pins and hardcovers) may have minor imperfections due to the production process. These minor imperfections are not considered by us to be "damaged."

Elective Returns

If you would like to return any undamaged product for a refund, you may do so at your own expense. Send an email to blackdimecabaret@gmail.com and we can help you arrange that. Elective returns must be done within 2 weeks of delivery. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the original shipping cost.

Elective Exchanges

You may wish to exchange a product for another (for example, wrong t-shirt size). You must cover shipping at your own expense. Email us at blackdimecabaret@gmail.com and we will help you arrange this. Exchanges must be done within 2 weeks of delivery.

Digital Products

Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Hardcover Books

Our hardcovers are handmade by us at Black Dime Cabaret. Due to this manual process, some minor differences and imperfections may appear from book to book. We do not consider these to be damages, and they are not covered by our returns policy. We also advise that you handle the books with care. Although we do our best to ensure the books are sturdy and long-lasting, they may become damaged if mishandled. If your book arrives obviously damaged, feel free to send us an email at blackdimecabaret@gmail.com so we can look into it and offer a replacement.
