Order Processing

We will attempt to process and pack your order on the day it is received. It should then be dispatched by the next business day.

Shipping and Carrier Delivery

Please double check that your address is correct when making an order. Black Dime Cabaret is not responsible for misdirected or lost packages. We will contact you if there is an error when trying to deliver to you, but cannot guarantee that we can recover a package that is sent to the wrong location.

Australia-Wide Shipping

Parcels delivered domestically in Australia will usually take between 2-5 days for VIC, NSW, ACT, SA and TAS. It may take up to two weeks for remote QLD and WA.

International Deliveries

We ship internationally. Plan to receive your items within 2 weeks, but await more detailed shipping information at checkout. We will continue to add more international shipping locations.
